Persona 3 and 4 suck dick.

Both horrible additions to the series and it also marks the series change in art style, from a more semi human looking to a more Gothic anime style.

Now, that I got a feel of the first games in the series, I really hate both Persona 3 and 4. Persona 4 more so because the cast was completely uninteresting to point where I couldn't even play the damn game.

The only saving grace in P4 was Adachi. That's pretty horrible.

Persona 4 has really catchy music, though.

So is persona good then? Ireally likedP4, so would Ilike P1?

I doubt you're gonna like P4.

Me and Vergil have pretty similar tastes, so we're gonna like it more than P3 and P4. I don't consider them both horrible but they're nothing compared to the original 2 for me.

Persona 1 and 2 are almost completely different games. There's no social links and the anime style some people enjoy isn't there in SMT:P(PSP) and IS/EP. Also, the first game uses first person dungeon crawling.

So, if you started off with P4 you might not enjoy the first two games as much. I recommend that you try it anyway.

Maybe horrible is too strong a word. They're just not as good IMO.

Persona 3 and 4 shouldn't have been modeled after SMT:P but after IS/EP (Persona 2).

The whole series has catchy music. That's one of it's strong points. Even though they're forcing J-POP on persona, I enjoyed P1's new soundtrack.

Well, the catch might be that Persona isn't out in the EU yet... an import copy costs around £35, which is almost double most PSP titles these days, so it'd be an expensive gamble. How does the dungeon crawling work in 1st person?

My characters have hacked stats because this is my 2rd playthrough of the SEBEC route, I missed my opportunity to get Reiji Kido and I didn't feel like doing all that extra work again for one character and the same story.

My Snow Queen Quest file is unhacked however.

Some people hate it, some like it..It's alright. I'm kinda getting tired of the JPOP in persona games. It's okay when you don't have to hear it every battle.

Well, let me rephrase. New titles, such as Dissidia RRP @ £30, but can be picked up for £25 by shopping around. Anything other than brand new, and you're looking at 2 for £20 or something like that. I got God of War and Final Fantasy Tactics brand new in a 2 for £15.

I take it you pay a lot more?

Dissidia was 35 pounds when it came, Soul Calibur was 50 pounds, Gran Turismo was 40 pounds.
It's ridiculous.
I got DBZ BT2 for like 20 pounds around a month after it came out in England.
