I've recently started FF12

I'm surprised how much I like it. I actually thought I would hate or significantly dislike the changes in gameplay and various other alterations, but I actually find it to be very enjoyable. Haven't gotten very far, though. Just got into the palace.

Feh. Hated the gameplay, turned the game into a movie, made it an MMO, and it was really fucking boring.

I beat through FF12 and it was meh. The story was very bland and the characters were all ripoffs (Minus Balthier). Also, I didn't like the gameplay.

I mean even MOOOOOOORE boring than usual. Also I hated how Vaan isn't even the main character who gets any attention, he's just the guy at the back who tries to open his mouth to offer some advice or help but always gets it shut by someone.

Vaan wasn't meant to be MC. Square fucked over the original writer and forced Vaan into the MC spot.

It was boring to me too.

Balthier was the only notable character, and even he was meh compared to a lot of decent FF chars.

Balthier was basically Han Solo and Gabranth was Darth Vader.

Ironically FF12 is the Star Wars of the series because you can compare every character to a Star Wars character and be totally spot on.

Even though Gabranth, Basch, Reddas, Cid, That one Spanish Dude. and Balthier are the only good characters.
