Good stories don't neccessarily make good or fun games. People praise the story of Metal Gear, whilst I absolutely suck at those kinds of games and cannot get anywhere where it becomes enjoyable. Likewise, as great a story as FF6 may have, I just don't find the actual gameplay very compelling...
