So what's going on with the DBE game?

From news so far it looks to be PSP exclusive, which seems unusual for a movie game, since they're basically just cash-ins. Now this;

Which is apparently a shot from the game. Except it looks far better than any of the screen seen so far. And it looks cel-shaded too.

Also, really doesn't look like a picture of PSP screen either, but it could be a display or something.

It's one of the "story" screens where people talk to each other. Like this one:

Still, looks like the design changed from that thing Baal had in his sig a while ago.

Yeah, the OOzaru looks like a 2D sprite rather than a 3d image.

I could believe it was cel-shaded cutscene or something. That's what I assumed it was.
