Sonic the Hedgehog is such an underrated game

Beauty and the Beast is QUITE different. So far as I can recall, Belle NEVER kissed the Beast. She loved him, but she didn't need to show physical affection to do so. Conversely, the girl in Sonic '06 actually KISSES Sonic, the antromorphic and clearly non-human (let alone non-former-human, as was the Beast) hedgehog. To further complicate this bizarre situation, the story has a lot of sexually tense moments between them, made even more awkward by the girl seeming a little on the "underage" side.

Belle kissed the Beast. Even in the Disney version IIRC.

Sexually tensed moments? No, just romantic ones. Also, it's heavily implied that Elise, 17, fell in love with him, but there is nothing to suggest that Sonic experiences the same feelings.

And she kissed him to resurrect him. That kiss had nothing to do with her love.

Those "romantic" moments seemed to carry a lot of sexual tension, in my opinion. Besides, even if Sonic didn't reciprocate the relationship, that doesn't stop the fact that a 17-year-old was desiring him...

And to Kaio, I did a quick check. Yes, Belle did kiss the "Beast", but only after he had turned back into the prince.
