Whats the big deal about mod positions?

I haven't changed since i been a mod
i never used to flame or anything anyway, i am almost never involved in flaming
I try to set an example
and thats what i expect of mods
there's no real benefits and if you have problems with users it makes the job ten times harder
its not all that fun and if you haven't noticed being mod has changed a bunch of people if you couldn't tell
you willl most likely find it stressful and you will get PMed a lot by people over sometimes extrememly trivial things
as everyone wants someone else banned

Really, Haseo is the only one complaining about everyone else's power.

He going to keep doing it until he gets the postion. I guess this is what he meant when he said "I'll get it my own way".

i hope he realises that attitude will most likely make me put an minimum age on mods
as i'll just think all the young people want mod powers to basically rub it in other peoples faces
and then people like sim, bob and snake would most likely be on the mod team
