Crash Team Racing

Downloadd it to the PSP a couple days ago, and I must say it's pretty fun. Never played it before, so I had no idea just how much it had ripped off wholesale from Mario Kart, but that's not really a bad thing. And the adventure mode with the little hub world and the boss races make it feel more like it's own game.

It is. Well worth the £3.50 it cost.

Started playing it again. God damn it can be hard. The platinum relic challenges (time trials) are a bitch.

Doesn't downloading stuff from your PSP take days?

...no. FF7 was 1.3gb ant it took a couple hours. CTR is about 300mb I think.

You can buy it, or download it.

Hell just download it for a PS1 Emu.

I bought it from the PSN store. £3.50, which is what, $5? Not sure if that's how much it is on the US store though. Or even if it's up on the US store.

he had good stats. moderate turning, hella acceleration.

he's acceleration based, i usually use the well-rounded polar bear (as roo is hard as HELL to unlock)

Haven't bothered to pay attention to any racing stats.

its only there to add a bit of variety to the play styles, i.e. an aggressive driver may want to choose a bigger character, as they dont slow as mush when they collide. people like me use the smaller, all-rounder characters to pass with an efficient driving style that makes use of the level, while others still will use the acceleration characters and just blast by everyone.
