also it maybe in more then i am aware of
i've no idea if it was even remotely accurate as there are only 3 true blood groups and 4 if you bring in AB
i doubt they had technology to pick up rhesus groups or anything when this idea was brought in

i guess it is more for showing tendencies then any true definitions

Seeing as I'm an O blood type (I think), I'm a universal donor. That gotta count for something.

it means if anyone is suffering blood loss nearby you they'll want to be your new best friend
if your O -ve you can effectively donate to anyone
they use that blood in emergencies
