i asked both chou and T_man to be a mod for a while
and chou said yeah first
so i am aware t_man would be good
despite the fact he smells

T_Man becomes a whole different person when he accedes to a higher position; I couldn't let this happen and so I accepted the offer. And he smells.

I've turned in "applications" in the past. You all know what kinds of things I've done in the past. At least, the mods do.

I'm saying that I already jumped through the hoops when Razibuu was picking the first batch of mods. At the time, I thought MT would make a better mod than I would, because he was on more often than I am. However, now there are enough mods that I don't think it'd matter as much.

my first choice would actually be nonny, main reason he wasn't a mod here when this place started was he was a mod elsewhere, he has applied
i also wanted chou cause nothing gets past the guy, but he said as i'd made him a temp mod it was unfair
you'd actually have better chance of being mod through the general application process

unfortunately
me just offering a person modship out of me just choosing isn't gonna happen any more
everyone is subject to the same scrutiny
and i try not to have any bias
a lot of forums choose people depending on there age and other factors outside of what really matters as things important for being a mod
i like to be fair to everyone here as i like to think i'm friends with everyone here or at least on good terms with them

there's no harm in resubmitting
some people wrote more then others
and some of the one sentence PMs didn't really give me an idea of wht some people would be like as a mod
i don't mind if anyone sends in a longer version of the same app

The other mods, I'm sure, are aware of what I've done thus far. I'm not writing out any more "applications" for a job I've been doing, at least with my group, since we started our secret board on GameFAQs.

anyway if you want this discussed here i'll simply say this
the reason i wanted you to be a mod was because i thought you'd be good
however i don't like how your acting that you deserve the mod position, most of what you say sounds like you want to be a mod for the status and cause you deserve it
If you emphasised why you'd be a good mod rather then why you deserve it would increase your chances significantly
you were in the top 3 last time (mind not all of us expressed second options), which meant unless someone grabbed our attention now you'd have a 50/50 chance of getting it
however for me at least these posts work against you
