If the Death note is real then Criminals are screwed, Prison sites have all the names of the prisoners so it would be easy to copy down the names on a sheet of paper or copy them and then write them all down in one night.

Yes. You need a name and a face for the person. You could kill George W. Bush, but not an uncaptured serial rapist, for example.

I wouldn't write anyone's name; I have nobody I am willing to kill... not to mention that murder is against my religion. That's anothe reason I wouldn't use it; my soul is too important to me.

What does insecurity or idiocy have to do with it? Most people would break down after realizing they killed someone. But you have to balls to continue using it. Paul's the kind of person who would get rid of it after he killed someone. Such as he already did with the incident with his neighbor.
