I personally like how now I can make all of my characters(Atleast close enough.....) if only we could do this in the Dragonball Games >_> Lazy Toei....

No. In all honesty DB Games don't need custom characters. That's bullshit.

Ones that follow the DB story don't. An RPG type game just set in the world would be good with one though. Build a character, go through tournaments, find dragonballs, etc.
Or just a mode like that in a regular DB fighting game. Like wrestling games have a career mode for created characters.
