I have PoR and RD. I love them both.

I used to own FE7 and played FE8. I even played PoD. But I didn't finish it. I want to play Radiant Dawn.

Radiant Dawn has a much more epic story, but it's way more difficult.

i also got sacred stones
but haven't started playing as everyone said it was shite

Alright. But, we shouldn't go crazy with Sub-boards. Remember Mishimi's place. Most of the time they end up dead and forgotten.

A FE board isn't that necessary.

Fire Emblem sucks. The only good games I've played from Fire Emblem were FE3, FE4 and FE5. FE7 is generic, boring asscrap. FE8, while lulzy and having memorable characters, has the absolute worst story and stupidly easy difficulty. FE9 and FE10 were HORRIBLE.

RADIANT DAWN SUCKS MAJOR MONKEY ASS. NOTHING ABOUT IT IS GOOD.

It's a decent series, but best SRPG series goes to Tactics Ogre/Ogre Battle.

Now THAT'S a strategy RPG series for you.

9 and 10 aren't that bad. I don't know how they fare compared to the others, but they are interesting strategy games nonetheless. And 10's 1st part wasn't really easy.

Except the rest of RD is. PoR has the worst main character and RD is a bunch of Mary Sue's/Gary Stu's and a horrible plot.

I agree on your point about the Mary Sue ideal with Micaiah and the crap story in RD.

Ike in PoR, however, is not a bad character in battle. He just has a lot of annoying confidence issues. Hearing him constantly say, in different words, "I'll never be as good as my father" or, when you win battles, "We won...somehow".

I hate reading it.

I hate Ike and the fact that he too is a Mary Sue. It's sickening to see a game series resort to using Mary Sue's as their main characters.
