Huh, ok then. Looked as though Zoro killed him to me, what with the Asura thingo. But they wouldn't be in Impel Down anyway, as they're part of the marines.

I wouldn't trust shiryu any where near the entrance
and shiryu would happily kill prisoners so he'd beat on the level 4 ppl without hesitating
