TGA starts at: 6pm PACIFIC on December 5th
PS Experience Keynote starts at: 10am PACIFIC on December 6th

that would be 2am GMT and 6pm GMT respectively if I am not mistaken. (but I may be an hour off)

I'll only watch it in hopes for some interesting reveal(s) to be honest.

Although I'm pretty sure most of the stuff I care for is going to be for tomorrow at the PS Experience.
