Is this so bad its good or is it just flat out genius? ( Indian movie )

Given the films description its called Superstar its from 2008 and i'm wondering if this is a pisstake or not.  I genuinely can't tell, the films premise suggests it is.

You didn't watch Singham, did you? That's not a pisstake, it's just a typical Bollywood action movie.

The films about bollywood actors so it might be a pisstake.

Its suprising to see that its only by the last 30 seconds of that clip he gets serious.

Anyway list of hilarious looking movies, I need to watch at some point.

Superstar 2008 (about an old actor with moustache power)
Singham (about an old cop with moustache power)
Ehthiran 2010 (about a robot who's magneto and robocop rolled into one)

You should find a time to stream them, get a few people and watch them together.

Yeah, these would be pretty great movies to watch as a group.
