Has Tim Curry ever been in a good movie?

Seriously. He gets a fuckton of praise for some of his roles, but I can't recall any of his movies being good.

Clue and It would be the only ones that come to mind.

No, his roles are good (some of them at least), but the movies he's in are terrible.

Tim Curry gets praise because he's always enjoyable to watch, even though he can't really act.

Pretty much this. I haven't seen a single movie he's in that's been typically 'good' but they're always fun to watch. He's actually a decent voice-actor but I can't think of anything he's been in off the top of my head.

He was Long John Silver in "Muppet Treasure Island". That wasn't too bad.

He was a VA for a villian in one of my daughters Barbie DVD's.

Recognised the voice right away.

Apparantly, what makes RHPS as popular and classic is the fact that you can watch it time and time again with your friends and continue to find new ways to prove how shit the film is. All in a theater.

Honestly, I had no idea that was what made it so recognised.
