Surely it would have been a better decision to give Soldier all the guns, and let everyone else try and make do with their own specialities? Don't get me wrong, Adept still felt pretty powerful, but you spend half the time waiting for Singularity to finish it's agonisingly long cool down - it's the kind of thing that might put off someone new to the series who didn't understand the mechanic.
@Skip As for Vanguard, one of the final levelling options is a chance that you have no cooldown. If you've levelled it all the way, that's what must have happened. Yeah I saw that, naturally I levelled it all the way when I could, though I took the shield boost because I'd think that is a reliable boost and therefore more useful. But this happened in the intro level. - Casa wrote:

It's just that the intro has to end a certain way, you know? In the main game, I think there's just as much 'branch' available through dialogue choices as in ME2. Well that's good, and I get that ultimately the intro's ending is set in stone, it would be nice to get a bit of different dialogue. It really just made it seem lazy. | |

| just tried Femshep for the first time - as usual, Jennifer Hale is a cut above Mark Meers - but good grief default Femshep is a right munter. | |
