Took till 2012 to move into this gen...

Anyway, to disbelieve of many, I actually got a PS3 and 360.

Xbox Live account - None.

I set up a online account, but still haven't really used it, but being free I said "what the hell, may as well set one up, might use it someday". Having to pay for 360 I don't see myself using it nearly enough to justify paying, so I left it as a offline console.

Anyway maybe I'll see one of you guys on PSN one day.

You bought both consoles this close to till the end of the gen? Honestly it would've made more sense to just get one of them and a Wii U when that comes out later. Well either way grats on making the upgrade i'll add you now.

Online gaming really depends on the games you play and the people you play with and i guess by extension you. If you're not fun to play with people won't play with you. There's normally something for everyone but if you want to play online you either gotta pick a big game or get something new.

I personally skipped Wii, it really didn't interest me. Dunno about Wii U yet. 360 I got as a holiday gift, so it was to no expense to me. PS3 I decided it was cheap enough and had enough games to pick it up. I don't buy consoles on first release anyway, both PS3 and 360 had issues with their launch models this gen. I'll probably wait 2 or 3 years into next until they redesign/fix problems found in the consoles, and until they lower the price. Then I'll decide if I want one or not.

If I go online it will probably be racers or WWE games, maybe shooters. Online was never a big deal for me, I just wanted the games. Although it's a interesting concept I might try one of these days.
