Sony Smash Bros. -- this is something we should be talking about.

Apparently Microsoft are doing their own SSB 'inspired' game too.

It's.. alright. The game feels kind of lifeless with how much the sound is downplayed so there's never anything aesthetically pleasing in terms of sound. The gameplay is wacky fun, but it feels a bit slow and could benefit from not being super moves based. Also the beta has problems with it that's just because of the beta.

goddammit, I've been trying to get a beta code from various places and he just gets one mailed.

Had a bit of a look at this and it seems shitty. The stages are really cool but everything else feels lacking, there's not actually any way to gain points other than supers and getting hit by attacks doesn't directly hurt you in any way, it just seems stupid.

Why make a SSB clone and remove the things that make SSB fun?

Apparently they're adding health and lives modes, but that should've really been a thing they did from the start, not the supers thing.

His PSA combat looks more like DMC than the actual DmC combat does.

The latest character to be announced is Evil Cole. Because Cole is so great he needs two slots.

Since we know next to absolutely nothing about this project, how about we all pitch character and stage ideas?

I heard about this on another site. Its not a rumor but an actual game.

The only thing i am dissapointed in is some of the characters arnt SONY exclusive. What i mean is, its a SONG game, yet they got characters from games that are also found on xbox.

Characters like crash bandacoot, jack and daxter, ratchet and clank, to name a few, arnt sure in characters

While characters like a "big daddy" is already confirmed. I like the idea to fight as a big daddy, but i would have liked to see a full SONY exclusive cast with a few "secret characters"

Update: Yea i heard about good cole and evil cole. Thats not too bad as they have different move sets, although thats another example. I would have liked to see a character in that slot instead, although at least cole is EXCLUSIVE to sony (isnt he?)
