Also, apparently Ryu has a super mode now that let's his shinku hadoken bounce off walls and other crazy stuff.

If there's one thing Ryu needed it was a reason to spam supers. Because that totally wasn't his main selling point before.

His Super Hurricane Kick turns into a tornado in that super mode now too, wonder what Shin Shoryuken turns into.

Apparently Phoenix, Wolverine, Wesker, Magneto, She-Hulk and tatsu and Tron assists have been toned down. Niiiiiiice!
Dante is the only top tier character who wasn't nerfed noticeably (or at least no one has found any nerfs yet), but it's kinda fair as he's not easy-mode like the others.

Dark Phoenix is still powerful as fuck without the boost from X-Factor and spamming of TK Orbs in mid-air she'll be far more manageable now.

As much as I like her (DP that is, not boring Jean), she just needs to die. She's too much and very hard to balance. I don't think DP really needs those air fireballs anyway.

And I just read that side aerial exchange now reduces opponent's meter. Really? Like a horrible mechanic which rewards players that can't do simple combos needed to be improved. Can't wait to see Phoenix players abusing it to steal the meter you'd use to snap her in..

I could never get down with the stick.

I play with a normal controller using my ass.

YOu have to sort of train yourself to use a stick but once you get used to it it becomes easier to control your characters and manage your combos better, that's why it's a big deal for guys who use controllers and win in tournaments.

Also Vergil, you apparently can't accept PMs, you might want to fix that.

Agreed. I use an arcade stick as well. It was weird for me at first but when I got used to it, the combos went along so much smoother.

Also, Capcom-Unity forums have been bitching about Nemesis and Rocket Racoon and Mega Man/MMX not making it in. I'm not bitching about X, but I think Nemesis was going a bit overboard.

No it's not, let them add who they feel like adding. It's not Capcom's job to appease fanboys of a series that's been dead for a few years now.

I suppose so. They did so with Strider, however. Strider hasn't been in his own game since PS1.
