| You don't normally like westerns? Also, hurray for another modern western! I just hope we don't get the Iron Man soundtrack all over again. | |

| I can't recall a western I I've seen that was I actually liked. They're okay but boring at best. This one has aliens though. And Olivia Wilde. | |

| You've never seen a western you like? That's one of the craziest statements i've ever seen on a message board. | |

| Well admittedly I haven't seen many, and the ones I have were pretty much forced on me. A friend dragged me to a special screening of The Magnificent Seven once, which wasn't bad but was pretty dull. He also made me watch The Good he Bad and The Ugly, which was interminable. There was that Kevin Costner western from a few years ago, Open Range. That was the only time I've ever fallen asleep in a cinema.
And some others I don't remember enough about to pass comment on.

| watch Young Guns. Buu can attest to how good that one is. Recent ones like 3:10 to Yuma and True Grit (the remake is probably better suited to your tastes) Tombstone is also great. | |

| Two is pretty epic as well, its quite different though. Like i think the characters do there own thing quite a bit, rather then the whole posse thing the first one has got going on.
I definitely enjoyed it when i watched it but i've not seen it in years. I own the first.

| You remember Snakes on a Plane? Everyone was expecting it to be good, but good in a stupid, "laughing at you, not with you" kind of way. Then it came out and was actually quite legitimately good, and people were disappointed.
This film is like that. It's too good for it's own good. Which isn't to say it's great, but if it was a bit worse it would be more likeable.

| Oh, and what the hell is the point of writing in a scene where Olivia Wilde's character gets naked if you're not even going to show some arse or side-boob? Outrageous.
OUTRAGEOUS. | |
