It's not about the girls dying that makes this scene disgusting. Also, I've played the game, it's a mediocre FPS that rip-offs Half-Life, Halo, Prey, CoD and then proceeds to try and make jokes about the games it is borrowing its gameplay mechanics from.

...Everything makes a lot of sense now. They are making their Duke Nukem wet dreams a reality.

Gearbox are fans of Duke Nukem, it's the main reason they decided to salvage what was left of DNF after 3D Realms had it removed from their incompetent hands. However, I wouldn't put all of the blame on Gearbox because they got most of the basis for the game on what 3D Realms left behind, which was a bad idea because Broussard is an idiot.

It's also bad because this is 2011 and shit like this doesn't fly anymore. No one's asking for Duke to be an all moral encompassing hero but at this point the series probably should've stopped treating women like crap, THIS WAS A REALLY FUCKING BAD ONE considering these two characters are not only women but parodies of the Olsen Twins. This shit probably would've gotten by most people in the 90s because it was the 90s but not in this day and age. Especially since there is a lot of beautiful art in the game of women being mutilated and defecated upon.

Really it seems to me like 3D Realms is more to blame for this game than Gearbox because that's where Gearbox got most of their content from. Randy PItchford (The guy who runs Gearbox) is a cool guy too as he's been taking all of the criticism in stride.

If you have a problem with this game come up with decent criticism instead of complaining about the treatment of women in a Duke Nukem game.

I don't think I've ever seen a Duke Nukem game where the girls were more concerned with their weight than being impregnated with alien babies and heavy implications of rape mixed in with that. Then there's the tasteless pun of "You girls are fucked." coupled with the rest of that level being filled with women screaming throughout the level as they are being raped and the level begins with Duke gunning down a woman randomly while saying "She's not human anymore" as if it was some casual thing. I don't give a fuck if it's Duke Nukem or whatever, it's still horrible, it's not funny and it's certainly something that even people who have been fans of Duke Nukem for over a decade thought was disgusting. "It's Duke Nukem so stop being offended" is not a fucking argument Kai. I will admit that stuff like this is obviously allowed past censors but I'm talking about how people handle it in general. On SA, there was a giant fucking argument about how sexist this little scene was and it is still going on. I'm not going to dignify the torture porn thing with a response because that's entirely different than Duke Nukem.

Secondly, I bitched about the game for having a mediocre gameplay system and crappy jokes that relied on bitching about others game stuff while using said stuff from that other game.

That whole paragraph was pretty sexist in my mind Baal. Holding women to a different standard is sexism in its purest form. If all of those elements were happening to guys you or no one else would be upset.
