Is great. It looks incredible. Why can't every game be 1080p and 60fps?

There's a steering assist system that helps you stay away from the side of the tracks. Seems ike a good idea but I had to turn it off because it felt weird when the ship would move by itself. Also you can take pictures.

It looks very nice, yes. I don't think it has any AA, or maybe just 2xAA, but either way you can't tell during a race.

It took me a while to realise that every ship was unlocked from the start. There's a lot of locked spaces on the select screen but those are just different skins. Each event has a speed class which determines how fast you go, rather than unlocking faster ships as you go.

Still loving the photo mode, although there's no replay mode, so you either have to pause a race whenever you see something you want to take a picture of, or wait until the end of the event when the ships are autopiloting and never using weapons or anything.

I'm slightly dissapointed but its a great game either way.

Anyways this game looks amazing. How well does it play?

Its basically what pod racing in star wars 1 was ripping off.

Its like trying to fly a plane at low level on a trak and the speed is ridculous in the later stages of the game.

There's about 10 different teams, and each one has the standard HD ship and the Fury expansion ship, so there's still a good choice of vehicles.

Yeah but the fury ships are battered carcasses of the HD ships.

I thought it was the other way around. Either way they still handle differently. They just don't look as nice.

Could be i got no clue. I don't get why the ships just have two stats nerfed compared to the other ships made by the same company i would've rathered they had slightly more clever changes.

Zone mode is awesome though.

Started the Fury campaign now. Detonator and Zone Battle aren't a patch on regular Zone mode, but Eliminator is great. Still love the photo mode.

Kinda and kinda F-Zero esque in the look with Mario Kart like features. Game is fun though.
