Story-wise, who do you think was the strongest creature?

Reminding a few: Leech Queen, Tyrant, G/Birkin, Nemmy, Alexia (oh, I love this bitch), Krauser, "It", El Gigante, Saddler, his "right hand" (Leon's lame joke)...

I always thought it was William Birkin.

Lisa Trevor probably (she appeared in the Resident Evil remake for the Cube).

As for her abilities with regards to the story, think of a mixture of Tyrant, Nemesis and Birkin. In fact the G-Virus according to the storyline was discovered from Lisa after the Nemesis parasite took control of her (she was already infected with the progenitor virus and the T-Virus beforehand).
