Seriously dudes, could we please stick the 150x200 avatar limit?

The site resizes avatar's on it's own if you upload them, but apparently it doesn't recognise when an avatar that's linked to off-site is bigger than the size limit. So if you link your avatar from somewhere else it's up to you to make it the right size.

Width 150 pixels, height 200 pixels.

I'm gonna start replacing people's avatars myself if they get any bigger.

Replace them with what?

And while we're at it, could we resize the gifs in the signatures? They lag up my browser sometimes.

It doesn't lag my browser and I'm using IE8.

We're not "at anything". There will be no stupid limits. We're a laid back forum, not one with obnoxious restraints.

I mean come on Moose, 150x200, are you serious? That's nonsense. The limit for linked avatars should at least be a size like 200x250 or something. Even SSMG's avatar doesn't seem annoying.

Try viewing the site on a mobile phone.

Anything with mulitple gifs lags to hell and back, most notably anything that Baal (with four gifs in his sig) has posted in mulitple times, like the MvC3 topic takes ages, and that's if it doesn't time out midway through.

As if Baal will conform to any limitations. He's a bloody little rebel, that one.

I blocked SSMG's avatar. And 150x200 the site's built in limit.
