I always found that old Drug PSA one to be one of his best reviews. It was back when he hardly tried to act like a cartoon to be funny(that shit started when he went all crazy with the Bat Credit card in the B&R review).
And of course The Room was one of the better reviews during the past few months as well.
It really all comes down to how bad the film he's criticising is. The worse the movie is, the easier it is for his jokes and the film's assness to compliment each other.
