A Canadian likes the Canadian intro to a show?
That's a shocker.

This opening was downright insulting. At least Rock the Dragon was catchy.
And yes, I did grow up with this opening.

Oh this was my intro but it was like the second intro the first intro was rock the dragon, I have no idea how many times they changed up our dub. I'm pretty sure i heard 3 different ones, ocean, funimation and the ones for the movie with big green.

This is the one I remember most prominently.

Big Green used Head Cha La.
Rock the Dragon was used till the end of the Freeza arc. The Faulconer theme was used for Garlic Jr. and Mecha Freeza and the Westwood Media opening was used when the Ocean cast took over (when Goku returned to Earth). The UK randomly switched between Ocean and FUNi throughout the rest of its airing though.

For us it was from Garlick Jr. to the end of the Cell Games.

Rock the Dragon was ok.
And I watched DBZ all on YTV and that entire time Rock the Dragon came on once during the saiyan saga. Never saw it again.

Don't really like any of them, to be honest. Personally, I've got a big soft spot for Vic's Dragon Soul.

I'm not that far in, only around episode 18 or something. Vegeta's just left earth, and they're discussing the pitfalls of getting to Namek.

Episode 20 is when it gets amazing. When our lord and saviour Chris Ayres gets introduced.
Also can you stand the voice of Colleen Clinkenbeard as Gohan?

It sounded weird at first, but I'm used to it now. I've heard a fair bit of Ayres' Freeza already, and it boggles the mind how some people can still think Linda Young is still better.
