| She would be able to take him down pretty effortlessly right?
Her use of haki would make this a pretty easy fight for her i'm guessing seeing as seshomaru completely annhilated Luffy and i'm guessing he's not as high tier a haki user as her.
I actually find it pretty hard to grasp how strong certain characters are supposed to be but i'm guessing to be truly top tier in the land of one piece a paramecia/zoan + haki is probably it. I say that mainly because the logia seem to los there advantage against haki users, whereas Zoan's get stat boosts, I mean look at marco adn Lucci. Then the paramecia's i.e. luffy if he was using haki plus second gear he'd be freaking insane, can't wait till he does do that.

| I assume she would because she was giving Smoker a run for his money if not beating him. Luffy didn't fare so well.
I'd say Hancock would win unless Luffy accidentally uses his haki again.
That said, not sure how well she'd go against Luffy in Second Gear.

| I think she'd have a fair chance against Luffy. Not sure if he's in second gear, though. | |

| Well the sisters could read his movements but he was just too fast. I'm guessing hancock is in a whole other league in terms of speed and she has haki level the same as Shanks and whitebeard. So she'd be able to read his movements and he won't be able to protect himself due to his natural protection from his devil fruit which he relies on a ridiculous amount if you think about it. Any cuts or haki hits always seem to have a big effect on him. | |

| Good point. He does seem to take a surprising amount of damage whenever hit by a haki. Cuts aren't dangerous in One Piece, though. They stopped being fatal after they met Sanji. | |

All the ones he hasn't beaten already. Think about it, he would of been wrecked by jimbei, mihawk, blackbeard, flamingo, hancock, kuma. Out of those the only one i think he might have a slight chance against would be jimbei, but that guy would probably just use water to his advantage and completely annhilate luffy.

| Crocodile and Moria are stronger too.
Croc beat Luffy severely twice and he didn't start losing 'till Luffy found his conviction, properly utilised Croc's weakness and Croc himself losing the will to fight after his plan was ruined. Even then, Luffy was only able to knock Croc out, while he himself was dying of poison.
Croc evenly traded blows with Mihawk and Doflamingo, so it's obvious he's stronger than Luffy.
Moria was beaten by a one time power-up.

| Yeah, seeing as Luffy's weak against water (POKEMON TIME!), he'd be at a big disadvantage. Forgot how Kuma completely wiped the floor with him. | |

Forgot how Kuma completely wiped the floor with him. Don't forget how badly sesshomaru wrecked him and hancock i would expect is significantly stronger then him. So high tier haki user>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.luffy. I'm still a bit 50/50 over luffy vs croc, I still think luffy could beat him, but i think that ones up for debate. Considering Luffy wasn't second gear when he defeated croc in the first place. Luffy vs gecko after what kaio pointed out, i see it being a really drawn out battle, I still think this one could go either way though. Gecko didn't have any moves at his diposal to defeat luffy either.
