I'll be fine with Freeza if Young makes him sound like he did when she first played him in the show(at least when he changed into his true form I mean) and not like the granny voice everyone remembers him having starting all the way from Budokai 1 and forward.

I still don't get what the hell was the reason why she changed how he sounds, maybe trying to make her voice a little deep was sore or something.

Well apparently going by what you say, they didn't. So tough luck. The next best thing would be Young just playing Freeza like she used to but I really doubt that would happen.

Chopper is Puar and Chaoz. That should be good. Not sure how well Monica Rial will do.

Vic Mignogna is pretty good and varied. He voices both Broly and Edward Elric. That's pretty good.

Chuck Huber already does Android 17. He wouldn't match Frieza.

And Chris Sabat already does half the cast. What's your point.

Sabat does half the cast in Namek. But he at least does a voice that can match the character. I don't think Chuck Huber's voice will match Frieza, as good as he is.

The whole point of making Freeza better is not sounding like that transvestite turd.

Huber already has the classy, auristocratic voice when he speaks naturally. He only needs to make it a bit more evil and he's a great Freeza.

I suppose if he makes it evil and a little less deep then sure. As long as it doesn't sound too much like Hiei or Android 17.
