I'm indifferent to Sanji's facial hair (his hair and eyebrow is what you should care about), but Usopp's facial hair, and everything else about him, is amazingly awesomely badass.

Zoro and Luffy have awesome scars.

Nami and Robin are hotter than ever.

Soul King Brook is great.

Chopper is still extremely lame, both in appearance and in personality.

I need to see Frank the Tank in full before I can decide if he's better or not. I do really miss the pompadour though. That was pretty much his trademark together with his speedos.
