Dark Brotherhood quests

when should i do these i unlocked the first and have to kill a pirate but it raises infamy is this gonna cause me problems later?

The only reason you'd worry about infamy is if you were to do the DLC "Knights of the Nine", which requires you to cleanse yourself of infamy by taking a pilgrimage to a shrine each Nine Divine deity. Also, said DLC prevents you from getting their shrine blessings if you have any infamy at all. Personally, I just said "fuck that shit" and uninstalled said DLC (I bought the add-on pack that included every DLC besides the later released castle house).

You don't get infamy for killing the pirate

You maybe you can deactivate the Knights of the Nine module until you feel like doing it (presumably after you complete the Dark Brotherhood quest).

In any case, don't to anything to hinder the Dark Brotherhood questline. It is, by far, the best in the entire game.

You don't get infamy for it. Just sneak into the captain's quarters and kick his ass.

I just jumped onto the ship from above and got into the quarters really fast. You can try smuggling yourself in.
