Just eat chicken, it's more or less the same. The only extra manliness comes from killing the croc yourself, it's not actually in the meat itself.

Alligator and crocodile must taste different I guess, we only have the latter in Australia and it definitely tastes like chicken.

Maybe it's because alligators are so weak their defence is not tasting delicious rather than being terrifying like crocodiles.
