Second half is the best.

Old school, but awesome nontheless; Arnie's elite team have been picked off in the jungle by an unseen enemy, and Arnie takes the fight to him, eventually forcing his enemy to reveal himself fully, complete with very slow and deliberate removal of the mask.... it is of course, Predator, and the full reveal of one of the most iconic creatures in cinema has to be up there for me.
