SBC managed to kill someone who was significantly stronger then picollo with ease

IIRC, SBC "multiplied" thrice Piccolo's PL (from 408 to 1330). Shin Kikoho must have a 1000+ multipler since it stopped 2nd form Cell, who was stronger than the androids, who were stronger than ssjs, who were stronger than base saiyans, who were stronger than Tien.

anything with a large enough shockwave can blast a character back
IIRC cell wasn't particularly damaged after the attack and was on his way to kill tien

Kamiccolo's blast did nothing to 1st form Cell though. Shin Kikoho is the most ridiculously strong attack ever.

IIRC picollo doesn't use the SBC against cell

also we see how destructive the SBC is when Buutenks uses it

yeah i wasn't intending to use non-canon attacks they don't make much sense

if we're talking non canon gogeta's move, goku's super saiyan dragon punch and toei punch are probably the most broken

Canon-wise it's probably the Shin Kikoho.

Non canon-wise it's the attack Goku pulls out of his ass to win the final fight in every movie.
