I mean really, Mr. 5 had the power to make any part of his body explode.

Imagine if a Shichibukai or Emperor or some arc villain like Ener had it instead.

Is there such a thing as a weak person with a strong power in One Piece? I mean, if he's weak then he just isn't using his power well enough.

Yeah i agree with moose, even the powers that appear weak can have amazing applications, i.e. luffy and gecko moria, hell even the dora dora no mi was deadly in the right hands.

Yeah, he definitely could have used it better. But I think this guy means, what if he gave the fruit to someone with the knowledge to better utilise it.

Half the charm of one piece is people with not so extraordinary powers reach such great heights.

That and the fact explosions do fuck all damage in one piece so its actually a shit power.

1) Because explosions happen often enough without them.
2) When other antagonists have powers like poison, lava, black holes, light, and so forth, to have "explosions" as your superpower is very, very lame by comparison.
