Politically Incorrect Kaio plays Ass Creed the Third

ONCE AGAIN I bought the most expensive set of this game, so now I have this cool little statue of that indian main character.

The game opens with a decidely non-indian character, a Brit. And you kill a guy in an opera house by blatantly climbing around in the middle of the room where a thousand people.

Then you go on a ship to Boston and you fool around a bit.

I'm not too fond of the guns yet. I like fighting people with swords better.

Desmond's story gets a new record for already getting side-tracked by flashbacks to ancient history. You play with him for like five minutes when you start getting Animus'd.

Great, the game just fucked up just after I finished a long mission.

Fucking Ubisoft.

Apparently gameplay wise it gets a lot better after sequence 4 and gets really good by sequence 7.

the least fun AC game is definitely the first one...so much repetition, I can't imagine this being worse..

This game is nothing but woods. LAME. Nobody cares about hunting and shit.

Don't read the Animus Database entries. They're full of spoilers.

Also I liked this game but it has a lot of issues (especially the ending for both Connor and Desmond's chapters) and some really questionable design features. It needed another few months of work I think.

I only care about the metaplot anyway. Shame to hear they botched the ending after putting so much care into the entire history of the Assassins and Templars. Does Desmond even find Eve or was that just a dumb metaphor?

Eve isn't mentioned at all.

However the weird thing is, she is mentioned in AC: Liberation the Vita game.

Ugh. Are there Glyph-like puzzles in this game like in ACII and Brotherhood that reveal more background stuff?

In Multiplayer there is more scary conspiracy stuff. And there is post-game side quest that I really like that hints of things to come.

But no there are no more glyph puzzles.

This game is boring. I don't care about woods, I don't care about hunting, I don't care about trading, I don't care about sailing.

What was wrong with the old games??? I blame Neo for complaining they had to do something new for once. Now they removed everything that made the Ezio trilogy great.

Desmond's modern world mission is great. More of that please!

So the general reaction is less than positive...? A.C. 2 was great but I never played Brotherhood or the other semi sequel.

I loved Brotherhood, it's my favorite AC game.

2 > Brotherhood > 3 >= Revelations > 1

Rome was definitely my favourite level/city/environment/whatever.

Also Revelations was same old, same old but it did have Old Man Ezio.

The game got significantly better once it became a buddy comedy with Haytham and Connor.
