So Dante is apparently half angel/demon now, perhaps Tameem really isn't who he's based on.

Still not impressed. It's nice to see the gameplay is looking better now but it's still dull and I'm not a big fan of the whole Limbo thing as that just seems like something they ripped from Bayonetta. Oh and the fact that Reuben Langdon isn't voicing Dante still is a big minus.

I agree with you. It seemed to me that they were using the grapple thing on his sword to simulate any speed. It doesn't look like bad combat by any means but DMC sets the bar so high as far as combat mechanics and style that I seriously doubt this remake will live up to it.

DMC3 is still the high point of the genre as far as I'm concered. That includes God of War and Bayonetta.
