So, new Futurama

Plus, we already had an episode based around Lrrr and Ndnd having marital troubles and then getting back together in the end. Except it was much better because it had a lot of penis jokes.

Yeah, it wasn't great by any means. There were some moments that made me laugh though.

A couple episodes have been very good.

i'm really not liking this season its alright but nothing really stood out for me

I havent been able to watch these lately because im always at tobi's house.
But my favorite one yet is the time travel.
"Ok keep watch on the stick and I'll just shoot hitler from the window."

Episode 12 was good. Ending felt like a bit of a cop out, but frankly anything would have.

Also, I trying to figure out why I'm thinking about these episodes critically, when I never did that with the original run. It's weird. I think it's because the original run was over by the time I really got into it, so I could just watch everything in one go.

It's like, Futurama was new to me then, and first 4 seasons were over and done and there was nothing else coming as far as I knew. So it was a big bunch of stuff to just absorb and appreciate. There was nothing to compare it to, kind of thing...

I understand this on my head, but I can't explain it. It was like it was complete. You got the 4 seasons of Futurama, and that was it. Because there was no plans any more, and because I got it (mostly) all at once, it was like it was complete. It felt complete. Because it was left alone for so long, it became a complete body of work. So for some reason I don't think of it critically, or at least I think of the whole thing critically.

Like, for the films and the new season, because I'm seeing as they happen, I rate them individually, episode by episode. I never did that with the first 4 seasons, because to me they might as well have been one season, or just one big episode, since I got them all together.

Hmm, it seems there's only 12 episodes in this season.

This episode is painful.

Man that was terrible, a 3 part christmas thing possibly only one good joke in the whole thing.

It was disappointing.

They're also going on break until next year. It was a once off episode.

Well if thats the result of a 2-3 month break i'm glad there taking there time to release more episodes.
