No fucking shit. I mean Christ, the producers of these two games probably relied on Spidey's big fat inclusion on the covers to make sales. The first cover is acceptable(even if the spotlight is shining on BOTH of Marvel's posterboys), the second one is ludicrous(and even Wolverine again gets to have his portrait a little bigger than the others too):

I'm certain that at least DD will make it in. Moon Knight is another story, though his inclusion wouldn't surprise me either.
