Yeah, it gets a fair amount of hate, but I quite liked it. That said, for my money Majin Vegeta is the best character by a mile, given that he's the only one who is able to stay Super Saiyan for longer than five seconds, and that as a result all his moves are bigger/more powerful. harder to dodge than anyone elses.
Ultimate Gohan sucks here as well.

I main Goku the most though, I wish I could kick ass and combo as much as BlackFrieza though...Seriously that guy has so godlike skillz. =S
