Starting on the train, Hot Pants and Dio look in on the President. Dio Confirms that Lucy and Mr. Steel are both inside. He explains to H.P. about how Valentine has nowhere he can hide the Corpse Parts, so he has to keep an eye on them, and he also cannot run himself making it his weak point.

Hot Pants has a little break down about her past. She can not bear her sin she committed. This is her reason for collecting the Corpse Parts, to clear her of her sins. Also for the people's "good hearts" she will sacrifice herself.

Dio then goes into his own past and motive for collecting the parts. Espousing his philosophy of birds leading a flock and how if one where to turn the other would too. He could use this principle to rule over people. (I think just like the President's 'True Power' - taking the napkin) First all he has to do is kill the President.

Back to the President and Lucy. Valentine states that Lucy was the Head Part (I guess?) and they'll be at sea soon - She really is his Lucy, his Ally. All the Corpse Parts have been assembled.

Then Dio Jumps out to attack and is blocked by D4C. Dio does get in a shot at the President's face though. Dio goes into a monologue about his studying the President and what he'll do to him next. Then another attack, this time will Hot Pants blocking Valentine's retreat. Again he tries to escape but H.P. yells to Dio to watch out for his going for the sofa. Giving Dio the chance to slash at his throat - but realizing that his own body weight would pin him, so he slashes both of the President's wrists. Then making a dive for his throat.

Just when they think they've got the President the jug of water tips over and starts to rain on him, making him dissentegrate. Dio and Hot Pants can make out that he is going between the floorboards. He has escaped to another world. Dio knows this and can tell that he is changing places with the other world's Valentine.

Dio thinking of how Valentine does it. "The thinking and personality are the same. But, 'uninjured', the neighboring world's 'President'. There's probably and infinite number. Changing places with the one, and returning with the 'Stand Ability'!! And the 'Stand Ability' is the basis for this world! There's no choice to beat him other than an 'instant death'!" Once thinking of this he tells Hot Pants to stay away from the wall and curtain. But there is a way, 'Speed', their's is greater and they can catch him, his 'weak point'.

But, it's a little too late, he was hiding in the desk drawer. Knocking into Hot Pants and fusing into her stomach. But it's not just one, there's three President Valentines singing "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap"! Dio yelling to H.P. about having the resolve and lunging at the Presidents with an 'WRYYYYY'. They trade blows with Dio stating that for this reason he brought H.P. along.

Using her Cream Starter she changes Dio in another Valentine. She believes that this may be one more of D4C's weak points. Without regard Dio slaughters two of the Valentine's and is ready for the other. So, of course, Valentine turns to flee. Leaving him no choice but to jump out the window. Dio flowing and telling him "Unfortunately, there's no more places to go between." Then digging his hand into Valentine's throat. "Gah!!"
