Some background info: to prove that Lost wasn't made up on the fly the two main writers of Lost hid the script of the show's final moments in a box and locked it. About a half hour later Josh Holloway (Sawyer) comes up. The vid shows the rest.
It's pretty bad quality, but you should be able to follow it.
Additionally, Joss Whedon, mostly known for being the creator of Buffy and Angel, answered a question about how his new show will continue with "Well as long we don't send people to feudal Japan everything should be good right?".
