I'm simple anything I hear enough becomes part of my music taste
so basically whatever my flat mates listen to

I listen to Buckethead (in my opinion, he is his own pseudo-genre); neo-classical, progressive and thrash metal; classical, jazz, various video game OSTs (whatever genre[s] they fall under), and a plethora of other genres, depending on what mood may strike me.

Melodic death metal.
Though lately I've been cutting down and been listening to less extreme genres.

Hard rock, techno, SOME rap, SOME metal, and SOME dance.

Hard Rock I listen to about 90% of the time, being my favorite.

I can't specify any particular genres that I favour; it's all dependant on the group. I can say, however, that I utterly loathe Jazz (especially Blues) and Country.
