Edit: Lol no this old post was so wrong. The series is pretty average, excluding Shishio and that flashback in the last arc which were good.

yeah, its great. after it finished, the creator went on to make 'busou renkin' and 'drifters'--both wonderful series' in their own rights.

My favourite anime of all time.

Has anyone seen the movie Reflections? RK fans aren't particularly fond of it but I thought it was good.

A live action movie was released sometime ago, I haven't seen it yet.

Eh, I didn't like it. Even speaking as someone who doesn't care about most of the changes and its ending which were what mainly bothered RK fans, I'd have to say it's still pretty poor. Instead of having an actual gripping plot, It was mostly just a disjointed mess of overly depressing melodrama and random flashbacks that contributed almost nothing to what little story there actually was. There is one decent thing about it, though, and that's the background music.
