Didn't Toei state that Gohan was SSJ2?

Even if not, then Toei are notoriously bad for using the lightning in an aura, so you can't rely on that alone, and even in the manga, Gohan;s SSJ/SSJ2 hairstyles is cause for debate. This is no different. Personally, I still think Gohan was a weak SSJ2 here, much like vs Dabura.

They look pretty good. Not as good as the Dragon Box stuff though.

I wasn't relying on that alone.

Look at that transformation again and look at this one and tell me the difference.

In the manga this is the only scene where Gohan has lightning, so we know he can go SSJ2, yet he has no lightning vs Dabura, despite Dabura being placed on par with Cell, who would wreck any SSJ. Gohan fought him to a standstill.

The Daiz states Gohan is a SSJ2.

That always happens. It was quite a surprise when I got to Gohan vs Vegeta in the manga and Goku's all "Come on Gohan, fight! Gonna let everyone's death be for nothing?! Are you a coward?! On your feet soldier!"

SPC>Movie 10 Broly. How then would SSJ2 Gohan be so weak and helpless against Broly? And again in that scene above with Gohan at the world tournament, he turns SSJ while taking his time then explodes going to SSJ2. In fact, it takes him longer to go SSJ in that scene than in Movie 10.

What about Movies 5,6,12 and 13?

Haven't bought those yet.
