I doubt it's even that. Capcom would've used different VA's and kept the chant because they wouldn't have to sync lip movements like in the anime. I mean seriously, they didn't even bother to release it on UMD. It's quite obvious that Capcom is just releasing this over here for the FSN fans or Hardcore Fighting Gamers, they know it's not gonna make much money. Which I am both.

But it doesn't bother me that much, I know FSN wouldn't do well over here but the only good part of FSN was UBW and Kotomine in HF. So yeah, I'm just happy the game is being translated.
