Some chick comes and whenever she sings everybody either lights on fire and dies or turns into a monster.

The main character chick is immune, so she gets to fight all the monsters.

You can mod your guns in it.

I had a pistol with like a 70 round clip, that rapid fired super heated, acid coated shotgun shells.

It's also based on a Japanese novel, and the game is a sequel of sorts to the novel more so than a movie of the same name.

I read the book. It wasn't very good, but it helped to make sense of the story of the game.

There are a lot of references to the book's plot that the game doesn't explain. You can still enjoy the game without reading the book, though.

I downloaded the first disc. I saw the opening and I was kinda surprised it took place in Newyork. I'll start playing it tomorrow.

Parasite Eve 2 plays a lot more like the Resident Evil games than the first one did in terms of gameplay, but it has an RPG feel to it like the first one.

The pictures were illustrated by Tetsuya Nomura, who does the illustrations for the later Final Fantasy games and all the Kingdom Hearts games. He also directed Advent Children.
