Devil Sumoner and Digital Devil Saga make a little more sense now.

DDS basically used the Apocalyptic World and Battle Style from Nocturne and expanded upon that.

And Devil Summoner used the capturing Devil's Idea and made like Poke'mon but even better.


I didn't think that could come from one game!

It didn't.

There were a bunch of MegaTen games before Nocturne, but they were Japan only.

There were a few for Gameboy, and those WERE released in America.

Oh. I thought it did. I knew there games before Nocturne but I didn't think they were like DS and DDS.

Well, the devil fusion stuff has been around forever, along with the talk system.

The press turn battle system, like in Nocturne and DDS, is originally from Nocturne, AFAIK.

Yeah I thought the Battle System was originally from Nocturne at least.

I know the Devil FUsion has been around forever.
