I said it before, it's in the new season sets coming out(and it also came out early in some areas, hence why there's early uploads of the dubbed songs).

Season sets. Like the previous "remastered ones" for DBZ. Similar to those. Infinite World advertises the first remastered season set at the back of its booklet.

It's save to say that Vic can duplicate Brook's voice.
Not that such a thing is neccesary. Colleen Clinkenbeard doesn't sound like Mayumi Tanaka at all and still she makes an amazing Luffy.
