James Bond 007-Quantum of Solace (PS2)

Hey guys, I just finished trying part of the first level in QoS, I gotta say... it's f*&kin' awesome! It combines the gameplay of RE4, Call of Duty (since Activison makes it), and MGS4 (I haven't played MGS4 yet, but now I have an idea what it's like by playing QoS). The graphics are surprisingly excellent for the PS2 version, which makes me proud to see that the PS2 still has some juice left (F*&k what the QoS board on Gamefaqs says about the PS2 being dead, they're just picky, I think). What I also like it so far is that we've been waiting also for a Casino Royale game, and guess what? The game has levels based on some selected scenes from Casino Royale, so it's all good . Overall, it's the best Bond game I played since Goldeneye and From Russia with Love (another great Bond game).

I was actually trying to say how awesome it was, but if you think this topic needs to be moved to another place, please do so.

No. I just liked Bond back when he was Brosnan and Connery.

I watched the Bond movies when I was a kid. I had to come know Pierce Brosnan as the only James Bond.

But when I heard there were Bonds before him I went to check out those movies and loved them.

Another Daniel Craig hater, I see. Yes, he's not the best Bond actor, I admit that, but that was because he didn't quite fit the traditional standards to be James Bond. Then again, neither did Roger Moore, if you think about it. And Lazenby, don't get me started there.

As for QoS for the PS2, it's still a good game, Baal. I just wished you gave it a chance instead of judging it before you even play it just because Brosnan's not in it. Fortunately in your case, that's what Everything or Nothing/Goldeneye/Nightfire is for, Baal.

It's the new Bond Films I don't like. To be honest I haven't seen Bond movie in 7 Years.

Nothing is for the N64 for God's Sake and so is Goldeneye.

I don't have a Wii either so I can't just buy the game off of the Wii channel.

watch casino royale not thinking of it as a bond movie its still very entertaining

I have a feeling I'm wasting my time trying to explain anything to you about the QoS game, Craig, and so on. But that's your opinion, and so no objection to that. Just wished that the discussion wasn't one-sided.
